"Food is ok, better than mcds sometimes. Majority of the time, the crew are really attitudey, but there's this one person there that makes my experience better. I think it sucks that you can't do multiple orders through the drive thru like mcds."

"About 70% of the time the lobby is closed. And the drive through dont work unless you have a heavy enough vehicle. Things like mopeds don't register at this location. But they work at all the others and they can still answer and talk to you at this location but cant take orders. That makes no sence. I worked at a fast food restaurant for 8 years. They can always take your order. Its just people being lazy. The only thing that is good is the food if you ever manage to get it."

"I got her name! We started coming to this location probably 2 months ago. To say we aren't impressed with the other locations is an understatement. We definitely didn't expect to get service that would change our negative feelings towards BK. If you guys hired more workers like that Melissa, you guys would be making millions. When she's working the other employees have more helpful attitudes and your never stuck waiting while an employee texts and your food just sits. Not sure if you do anything special for employees but Melissa deserves some huge Thank You's. My entire family along with other friends we go out with, feel the same way."

"For someone who doesn't order fast food often but knows what she wants when she orders fast food, oh my god. We just ordered some of the best fast food I have ever gotten, not just only in Michigan, not just only in Grand Rapids, but like as a almost 40-year-old woman, in my whole life. We had a night, we ordered from Taco Bell, McDonald's, and of course my all-time favorite the king of burgers, and guess what? The king of burgers still prevails. Thank you so much for being killer at your jobs, being killer at making some delicious food, and just like adding the pickles when someone says extra pickles!!!"

"Went to order 2 chicken wraps tonight and the worker ignored me at ordering, because I also was there to pickup a door dash order. She was talking on her phone while I was at the box at 11:20pm tonight and even said “I’m surprised you have a job” when explaining that while I wait for the customer to contact me about a needed replacement in their order if I could place an order instead for myself. This lady was entirely rude and cost a door dash order and our personal order so she could continue her phone call inside"
