"This place has seriously gone down hill. Everytime we go thru drive thru they make you pull over and there is always something wrong or missing. Luckily we could just back up this day because there was no one in line when they asked us to pull forward. We then saw the guy in front of us walk in to get his missing items. Arby's corporate has poor customer service. If you want food Arby's go to the one in Hudsonville"

"I've been to this location many times for drive through or dine in, but this is the first time I'd ordered ahead on the app. I applied the new member 50% off order coupon and had a nice eat in visit with my mom and grandma. I'd been craving a wrap for forever, so I tried one of the (customized) chicken wraps and it was delicious. The sticker on top of the cup lid is cute and convenient."

"Was not happy with the roast. Beef went in there one night with my boyfriend. Went through the drive through. They screwed up our order and when we got it. The roast beef was cold we didn't even get our Verizon, and they didn't even get a buz. The sauces that we asked for we both asked for a Dr Pepper and their machine was not working and it was horrible."

"I stopped here on my way out of town. There was no one else there. I ordered the premium chicken nugget meal with curly fries and a coke. I waited longer than typical for my meal, so I figured that between the long wait and no one else there that I would have fresh, hot, just dropped food. What I got were cold, stiff chicken and cold fries. I dug around in both of the containers to look for anything warm and fresh. The food quality and taste was disappointing. Arby's would not have been proud of the food that was served."
