Wing Boss

"Printer the alerts them to orders is broken and apparently wing boss won’t send a new one, I ordered online, they never got the order. Also store is out of veg sticks (which they say they can’t order) and blue cheese dressing, major bad in my opinion. Don’t order from this store"

"Like all of the reviews missing items. Just so EVERYONE is clear this is also Dickies which has happened the past deliveries from there which is why we stopped ordering from Dickies because it was a joke. I remember the first few times were awesome from both places. The last 2 times at both were horrible. Missing items don't even say anything about items out of stock. Charge you and then treat you like a SCAB for them messing up the order. Easy solution CHECK THE ORDER. Managment also blamed a printer. Check the price of the order. I highly doubt two orders of six piece wings cost $50. Lets be real. I understand youth run the place and have free reign of the place. Ive been there they dont care. They are running your businesses in the ground. They laugh because you have to drive up there. Then question your integrity. I wouldn't doordash food to have to turn around and drive up to the business to fix the order to be treated like garbage. I have given this place chances. Don't waste your time or your money. They don't care and the quality went down hill which is extremely sad."

"Decided to try out Wing Boss because it was cheaper for 16 wings than it is other places for 12. You get what you pay for. Wings were very rubbery and dry. I ordered half buffalo and half Cajun dry rub. Half were buffalo, and the other half looked like someone lazily squirted some buffalo on them. No Cajun rub. I'll be spending more somewhere else next time, even if it means less wings. (As a Kitchen Manager that sells a ton of wings, I'd be embarrassed if this was the product we put out)"

"12/30/2021 Let me start with the wings were very good. I ordered the 100 wing pack, no rub or sauce. That is the only reason for the second star. I ordered the fries well done and they were not even cooked completely. I had to cook them in the oven which delayed our dinner. The veggies were not included, the staff at Dickey's in Jenison stated they were sorry but they forgot to order them. She did put in an extra order of fries (barely cooked) though. I could not order online as their internet was not working. I called for assistance to the Wing Boss line and Christina was very helpful in placing my order. We supplied our own veggies. The staff at Dickey's restaurant could not assist in any questions about Wing Boss, stating that was a ghost kitchen and they knew nothing about it. I would not recommend them. If you don't have the address you would never be able to find Wing Boss. It was confusing."
