"I went through the drive-through pretty late at night when they were not busy at all, after having a pretty hard day. I was expecting a grumpy teenager to throw some greesy "tacos" at me for $5.00, because you know, you get what you pay for I guess. But instead i was very pleasantly surprised! the man running drive through asked how my day was and took my order with patience. very friendly and decent service experience. even asked if I wanted any sauce and ACTUALLY put it in the bag. food was what you'd expect from a taco bell, but definitely made my day better. I can't speak for what the service is like at other times- seems pretty hit or miss at this location, But thought I'd at least give a good review."

"Every time my family choose Taco Bell for a meal, I cringe. You can almost certainly count on missing items & sloppy, tiny portioned food…I should’ve known to double checked yesterday, but didn’t. Got home, 2 missing burritos, out of 8 items. & no sauces in the bag either. Really fun time explaining to my kids they aren’t getting the food they ordered & then having to find them something else to eat after spending money on food in the first place…"

"The audacity to wrap this up and give it to a customer is mind blowing… I feel disrespected. This is supposed to be a chalupa, but there must have been a cialis in the oil because this thing was rock hard. I could either try to eat this or use it for a footing to build a deck. Also, not a single word from an employee was said to me while I was inside. I ordered on the kiosk, but it would be nice to know I’m not Patrick Swayze in the movie ghost. I expect a certain level of discontent from a Taco Bell, but this was bad. The cherry on the top is when you select how many sauces you want with your order and they put exactly none in the bag. You may ask yourself “is the reviewer ever going to eat Taco Bell again”. The answer is emphatically yes. While I may be miffed from this experience, my desire to feel uncomfortable after eat while watching my favorite YouTube channels remain."
