"I bought an all natural lemonade and they tried to pass off a soft drink lemonade from their machine. The all natural lemonade container was full and just a reach away. When I said "hey I would like all natural" they acted all shocked and said "you don't want this lemonade". In addition. They made me wait 10+ minutes for the chicken nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous service."

"Worst customer service experience I’ve had in all my years of living. No one came to take my families order we waited 20 minutes and one of employees even made eye contact with us and still no one came to take our order."
"I go to this location instead of closer more convenient locations due to the service and the food always seems hotter/fresher. They even fully refunded my bill without any prompt by me because they were running behind."
