"I have only ever used Walgreens for the past 15 years in Wisconsin. When we moved to Michigan I quickly learned that Walgreens out here was not what Walgreens back home was. I was forced to transfer prescriptions initially because they didn’t have common medications in stock. But Miejers did. After MULTIPLE other issues, I finally asked our dr to start switching mine and my kids prescriptions to Meijer. She replied that I was the Third patient that day to ask to change pharmacies to Miejer because of issues with Walgreens. Meijer has not disappointed. They are swamped and super busy like rest of the world. But the tech named Kayla was beyond amazing to work as fast as possible in peak hours to get my baby her medication pulled from Walgreens and filled. She did it with a smile. Compassion. And Patience with a frustrated momma who had just got done trying to deal with Walgreens. Miejers just got thousands of dollar a year because they know how to train their staff. They know how to fill scripts. They know how to be patient and understanding with parents who have sick kids at home. They also have been way better about having things in stock or quickly getting them then any competition. Great job Miejer pharmacy team. I really do appreciate the hard work they all do to get the job done. Also someone might want to hire them a little more help if possible. They are going to need it with all the transfers and people generally fed up with others poor customer service."
