"I have tried since September of 2023 to get my 4 year old transferred to this Kindercare location. Between myself and my mother we have called and called and called and every single time we were told that my daughter would be added to a wait list. The first time we were told there would be openings November or December 2023. After not hearing back at the beginning of November as well as the middle and end of November we were told there would be availability December-January and this time they PROMISED my daughter was at the top of the call back list. Not a single contact from them since I first reached out in September 2023. Thankfully my mom has a job that allows her some flexibility and she spent most days since we were told they would contact us attempting to get in contact with someone there and/or being told someone would get back to us ASAP and that again, my daughter was top of the list if any spots opened up. It's now the end of February 2024 and I still have not been contacted by this location. I've given up on even trying with this location anymore. Every time we contacted them the management had changed so not a single person remembered my situation. I highly highly advise against enrolling or attempting to enroll your child here."

"We briefly had our kids here in 2022. Terrible experience, our kids hated being there. They’d randomly tell us our kids couldn’t go that day due to understaffing, etc. Today we had someone reach out from corporate about a refund because we overpaid in 2022. We’re glad someone higher up noticed this oversight, but are frustrated all over again by this place."

"My daughter attended August 2022 till August 2023 and honestly, there were so many instances where I wish I could’ve taken her out and gotten a quicker spot at a different daycare. The staff are always calling off, relying on the parents if the children attending to miss work and stay home so the daycare could stay in legal ratio, ATLEAST once a week every week. Many instances on our billing accounts kept arising with my dhhs help as well I was paying about $400 out of pocket monthly still. But money comes and goes so that wouldn’t deter us from sending our daughter there until, I even worked there for a short period thinking maybe I could help, but the problem stems from the higher ups not taking the time to check out the issues arising. The advertising learning experiences your child would receive isn’t promised due to many interruptions beyond the control of some of the teachers or helpers, even the kids! There’s a teacher Ms. Lexie who had to negatively interact with due to her picking up a child by one hand, and I couldn’t stand to watch her take her anger out on the small kids she chose to work for. I truly am still fighting with this school because they haven’t been able to clear our books for a miscalculation of a payment that was already paid on our behalf was sent to bill debt collectors over a 1week tuition bill, that we have reached out multiple times since early October to get rid of. It’s not a place I would recommend. My first and only experience with a country wide daycare establishment was truly laughable. Please pick a different place and do your research."

"Very high turnover and constant lack of staffing which means we were constantly asked to keep our son home or the center would be out of ratio. My son went here for 1 1/2 yrs and it quickly went downhill. He used to love it at first but towards the end he would scream and cry in the morning. They were harsh with him when he would not nap or act out, all of which was very normal 2 year old behavior. We switched him earlier this year to a different center and he has absolutley thrived. He has had absolutely no issues and loves going to daycare now."

"The staff at KinderCare have been exceptional and beyond passionate for our kids. They’re always ready to go each day and our kids have nothing but great things to say at the end of each day. They’ve gone above and beyond during the pandemic and done just about everything possible to keep our kids engaged either at home or in the classroom."
