"I could NOT be more disappointed in a pet groomer. Prices are NOT transparent and they continually increase without warning. My dogs ears weren’t even trimmed or cleaned. They even tried to hold my dog hostage, because they unexpectedly raised the price $20, and I had to go to an ATM to get more money. I will never be back!"

My pup has had poor experiences with groomers in the past and has been anxious from our recent move. The groomers that greeted us were kind, patient, and extremely understanding of my pup's needs. She explained everything that they did after his appointment and even gave him a free bandana. This is the happiest I've ever seen him after an appointment, and he was even running around playing with other dogs at the shop. This is also the fastest we've ever had an appointment completed.
