"$8 for a chewy, messy, 3 tiny pieces of chicken inside a "chicken wrap". Made out of a gyro wrap, more cheese sauce and wrap than anything. Seems to follow suit with the rest of the menu!"

"Very disappointed in my experience here today. First off they were out of mozzarella sticks. I mean I think we can all agree that's probably the most important item on their menu, so how do they not stock enough?? Settled for the 2 for $7 deal. I don't think I've ever had a classic chicken sandwich from here so I thought I'd give it a try. Also ordered the classic beef n cheese. I used to have those a lot back in the day and remember the. Being cheesey and filling. The chicken sandwich was good. It did have a big piece of grizzle in it, but the flavor was on point. The classic beef however was just sad looking. Hardly any beef and so little cheese i think what was on there got on there by accident. Overall experience very very poor and disappointing."

"I love Arby's but I was not satisfied with my curly fries, as they were over-cooked. I am also extremely disappointed in the reduction of Shake portions! I always get a large Jamocha Shake, but yesterday, it looked like a regular."

"This Arby's us usually very decent, this last visit not so much! Which makes me sad to say, maybe just and off day. Had hair in one sandwich, the other wasn't made properly, nothing like the last couple time's we ordered the same sandwich. I will still try them again. Hopefully better next time."

"My husband liked his food but my beer batterd fish was nasty!! It was either put back into the hot oil or cooked in oil that had not been changed for days!! They had us pull forward into one of the drive-through parking spots which would have been worth it if my fish was fresh!! Unfortunately it was every bit as burned tasting as the picture. I would have taken it to complain but I did not want to wait all that time to get another nasty piece of fish!"
