"Went through the drive thru to order the wagyu big cheesy bacon burger, we had to repeat the order several times which i understand, its sometimes hard to hear. Got to the window and realized there were 2 wagyu burgers on the order, so we asked to remove one, not know that they had one of each burger on the order, so they removed to big cheesy went back to the window to get it remade and this guy comes up to the window saying that we ordered the deluxe and that he know how to make a burger and we dont know what we are talking about. Very poor customer service, instead of fighting with your customers you should be working with them to fix the problem"
