"Maybe don't advertise that there's curbside delivery available if there isn't. I ordered through the app and chose curbside, though when I got there, the app said my food was done. After 10 minutes I called the store to see if they could run my food out as I had two toddlers in the car and they said they aren't allowed to. Good thing there was a drive through. I get that they may have been too busy, but it doesn't look good on the business to advertise curbside delivery when you're "not allowed to" bring the food out to the car. Why even have it as an option online if you can't do it?"

"I called Subway to order a sub at 10.45am, said I would be there between noon and 12.30pm to pick it up. When I went up to the counter to pay for it at 12.10 pm, the 2 employees Told me in a very sarcastic manner that they had a lunch rush and couldn't possibly gotten my sandwich done on time. They were both snotty and rude to me, whining that because certain ppl didn't come to work, blah blah. I found this very unprofessional and rude of both of them. Highly doubt if I will go there again for a sub."

"About a week ago, my boyfriend and I were at the front of the line and BOTH of the workers (one male, one female, both older), walked right passed us to go have a smoke break in the male employee’s red car. We waited 5-10 minutes for them to finish and come back to make our subs. Today, my boyfriend was met with very poor customer service. He was getting a sub and a worker was going to toast his sub without even asking if he wanted that, then he said he didn’t want it toasted, then she said “I’m about to walk out of this ******* place”. Upon checking out, he went to scan his coupon because the scanner was on, and the worker stated she didn’t even scanned the subs yet with attitude. I don’t recommend eating here and I hope Subway can get more reliable and customer service oriented workers."

"the most appetizing thing you can get at this subway is a napkin. no one answers the drive thru, and the lettuce is brown, veggies are soggy, mayo was like a brown color, bread tastes like cigarettes. I'd rather eat food from the gas station part of the store"

"I’ve never seen a line so filthy!! Shredded cheese mixed into the steak, lettuce was so brown, you could tell the product was definitely old.. employee was nice but that product was not it"
