"My child is attending 3-year-old Pre-K and is thriving here. I've been impressed by the assistant principal's great attitude (had to laugh as I saw him outside with a coach's whistle the first week of school making sure people were driving safely through the four- way stop by the school!) The school is quite large but the students are physically divided somehow and use different entrances, so it seems that I only ever see kids that don't look any older than 1st grade at most in what I'm guessing is the Early Childhood section of the school. I certainly feel my child is safe and well-looked after here, and the kids in the class are great too. .. So sweet! My child adores the PK-3 teachers, and I have to say everyone I've interacted with at the school, from security to counselors to office staff has been helpful and has had a great attitude. I can't speak to what experiences are like in upper grades, but so far we are very pleased our child attends De Diego. My other little one, who isn't quite two, is also enjoying Eagle Tots, the weekly baby 0-3 play group."

"This is a terrible school. How do they tell a student that he has summer school and the next day call and said he passed. Missing his graduation!!!! This is not the first time this have happen !!!! Reconsider reconsider RECONSIDER!!!!"

"A lot of teachers and staff have prejudice towards some students in Diego. This girl there, because she can't be a woman, is very substandard and ill-mannered. She works as a diverse learning teacher but can't seem to answer a damn question without rolling their eyes."

"My nephews come to this lame ass school, if they dont get bullied by students they get bullied by staffs... Classmates threatening one of my nephews sayin he is going to shoot him and the school is so dam careless!!!! We will be calling the board of education and making a complaint on the entire school."
