Taco Bell

"We placed a ~$40 order thru one of their inside kiosks (because they can't be bothered to take orders, personally, anymore). After waiting 20 minutes, we went to the counter to get a status. They supposedly swiped our order off the screen... meaning they skipped our order. They hadn't even started it!! No apologies except when they finally handed us the order, which seemed like a condescending, "Sorry for the wait." One small mistake on one of the items, but not severe enough to re-approach the counter. Soda options did not match the kiosk. One machine did not have carbonation. Two of the employees attended their children, who were sitting in nearby booths. Very poor service. In short, we would have been better off in a regular restaurant."

"I just witnessed a man throw a huge fit at Taco Bell. He threw his food on the floor and started yelling at the staff at the top of his lungs. The manager asked him to leave and he started yelling even louder saying, “He’s tired of society and he will get the word.” He was yelling in front of other customers and his child. He should have been very embarrassed of his behavior and teaching his child that it’s okay to act so foolish. The staff and manager handled it very well. Good job Taco Bell. The issue he had was with a person with a disability also. Shame on him."

"So as most people know this taco bell can get pretty packed but I had this cashier Amanda she was a delight she made it feel like I was talking to a actual person rather then a robot I found her funny and she really made my experience of having to wait so long for food a nice time."

"It seems as though Gaylord has grown to big for this one Taco-bell. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. It’s had its ups and downs but I love it here. Had a great experience today. Cali, our cashier today was super helpful. Above that, I watched her closely and was always focused on what she could do to stay busy and productive!! Way to go girl!! Keep up that work ethic. Hope you are making at least 16/hr cause you are worth 20"

"45 minutes to make it through the drive thru, and then my food that should have had extra meat on it didn't have any at all. I understand this place is constantly busy, more so than the other fast food restaurants in Gaylord, but when customers wait that long in the drive thru, you should at least make sure the orders are correct. Staff is friendly, and apologized for the wait times."
