Lucky's Steakhouse

"Thought we would go for a nice dinner out. Lucky's Steakhouse is NOT the place for that! We ordered a ribeye and prime rib. We had the calamari appetizer. Very good, very tasty. When our meals finally arrived, the disappointment set in. Their version of creamed spinach was a few lightly steamed leaves of spinach with a large amount of mushrooms. The broccoli was cold and undercooked. Very hard. Same with the "baked" potato! The prime rib was tough and flavorless. The horseradish sauce was watered down and had no."zip" to it. The ribeye was also tough and tasteless. The side salad was forgotten. it took them ten minutes to refill a glass of pop/soda. When asked for a discount on the meal because there was no salad we were told they couldn't do that because it was part of a meal, not a side order, and they could make us a salad to go! If we wanted a salad to go, we would have ordered a take out meal! Poor service, poor management, and VERY POOR FOOD!"

"Crab stuffed grouper. Stuffing was strong, fishy taste. Grouper was overcooked and rubbery. Coleslaw says creamy on the menu it was dry. Gorganzola and mushroom and onion rib eye was excellent, as well as onion rings."

"What a great steakhouse we stopped at. They sure didn't disappoint. Prices were as expected. Our steaks cooked to a perfect medium rare. We will definitely be back."

"Service was great, and the food was fixed for perfection. Two of the four of the steak medallions were thinner and cooked more than expected. Martinis were very tasty. The classic is definitely a strong drink. Blue cheese, wedge salad was well worth the extra money. I like how they cooked the asparagus, tender, but not overcooked."

"The resturant is really loud and not very relaxing. We had to keep repeating ourselves to our waitress. The prime rib was awful. I ask for medium and got more towards rare. The prime rib and the lobster was cold. The potato soup did come out hot and was delicious. My husbands chicken tenders came out cold and dry. We wont be back."
