"I can’t comment on the food or beer but management seems poor. I couldn’t find an email address and their website area with “book your party” doesn’t work so I called and spoke to someone to inquire about reserving their private space for a rehearsal dinner for a Thursday in August. When I called the first time the gentleman was nice but he had a hard time hearing me give him my phone number. When no one called me back I assumed the number was written down wrong or maybe the message wasn’t passed along (I know restaurants can get busy) so I called again a few days later and spoke to the same gentleman. He told me he had passed my information along and I should be receiving a call back later that day. I never got the call so I called once more a week later. (I also reached out on facebook with no response) I spoke to a woman who I assume was the general manager. She was not friendly. I explained the reason for my call- (thinking she would say Hi, I was going to contact you) She said nothing but “what is the date?” Then told me she would email me the catering menu. Well of course I never received anything. (and yes I checked my junk folder too) I am now very thankful we did not have our dinner there. I had also planned to stop by on my next visit to the area and now I won’t be doing that either. It’s too bad this looks like a nice place but the lack of response from management is terrible."

"Foundry recommended by another local business and well worth the stop. Abby was our waitress and was attentive, friendly, and checked on us often. My husband asked for the Spicy Jaaam burger which was not dry. He asked for no bun and was happy with the flavors and the jalapeños. I ordered the Foundry Mac with the marinaded chicken which also - thankfully - was not dry either. The atmosphere was friendly with other wait staff taking time to talk to customers but a little noisy for me. I was right under the speaker so understandably not where I would sit the next time. Televisions were on and nicely tuned to different sports stations. All in all a good visit, good service, and very good wait staff."

"Delicious food but horrible front of the house manager. Was recommended by a nearby busy restaurant hostess who said "the Foundry... is never busy on Tuesday." Only two customers in the restaurant when we entered. Another four came in while we were there. Total 21 people in a room with capacity for well over 100. Only one waitress. Kitchen staff helped serve because the manager/hostess/lazy person eating French fries in the bar couldn't be bothered to interact with customers. Over eight in a group, you get one check, and we had to beg for help with credit cards and deciphering the charges. Manager was insolent and abrasive from the moment we walked in the door. They've lost our business."

"We had a nice night and dinner at the Foundry. My wife and I split the Bronco burger and it was delicious! All the others in our group said theirs was good too. I liked the industrial vibe. The music was good too, but they had the volume up too loud to have a conversation. We’ll be back but not when live music is going unless we are just sitting at the bar."
