KFC 1512 North Lincoln Road, Escanaba, MI 49829

"Haven't been in a long time. So here's my experience: 13 minutes to order, ( only 2 cars ahead of us) 20 minutes to window, paid, sent around to front door for order waiting for fresh biscuits 5 more minutes then park. Go in to the counter - 20 bags sitting there. "what did you order?". 6 piece meal deal. Paid 21 + dollars. Pick a bag. "Oh this looks like it". Ordered original. Got home with extra crispy. Only 5 pieces. What we got was edible. Not worth the long wait. I won't be back. Terrible service. One guy standing around in the back with hands in pockets. . People going on break during high dinner hours. Manager you got to schedule better or list apx wait times. NO ONE wants to wait 45 minutes for drive thru chicken. FYI the man who walked in to order when we went in the drive thru line came out while we were parked by the front door waiting for the biscuits. So he saved 5 minutes. In 45 minutes I can have chicken dinner ready at home and save 20 bucks. Very disappointed. I can recommend nothing. Drive on."

"Now in all fairness have not eaten in a KFC in more than 20 years and was very, very disappointed. Not at every aspect of dining here. Staff was passively friendly and when dealing with customers and the cleanliness of the building was fair and acceptable. However, this is KFC! and the quality of the "Chicken" served here was "HORRIBLE". It was over-battered with a thick, mushy, saturated with seed oil (dripping with oil!) COLD oil, cold chicken that was very small pieces of chicken once you removed the thick, oily batter and the unnatural amount of additional fat (injected into parts where chickens DO NOT have fat). This was NOT the "Kentucky Fried Chicken" I remember from decade ago! I can honestly say that the upset stomach I suffered from for a few hours was more enjoyable than this abomination of over-processed insult to chicken and the quality KFC was originally founded on.. Never Again! The Chicken here was Disgusting!"

"I got food from there then I drove a half hour to my house I picked up my drink to get out of the car and because the drive through person didn't put the lid on all the way so them when I picked it up it fell as spilled all over my food and I called to get a refund and they refused to give me one then I called back and they refused to answer my call because it went straight to voice-mail and this is after also waiting 10 minutes in the drive through because they wouldn't take my order the drive thought worker was also rude and the person who picked up was also rude I rarely go to KFC and this will probably be one of my last times I purchase anything from this restaurant unless they do something about this behavior I also mentioned on the phone that I live a half hour out of town and I told him I would not be able to go back to town again today and he refused to give me a refund and would not even answer the phone when I has someone else call for me don't recommend customer service is awful and my famous bowl was half full"

"The staff was very friendly. I ordered the 16 pcs with half regular and half crispy. The regular batter was too salty. The sides were good especially the mashed potato and gravy. The washroom could be taken care off more appropriately."

"Love KFC. Me and my daughter waited in line to get it. And it was totally worth it. Cars were backed up to the road and we waited about 6 minutes. Can't wait to eat here again. My daughter said these are the best fries ever. So I tryed them and I agree. Yum yum yummy"
