"Person taking my order dropped my drink cup. No problem, but she kicked it across to the kitchen area! The drink station was filthy! I used a napkin to wipe up spills. The garbage spot there was so full you couldn’t put the soiled napkin in it! This wasn’t b/c they were busy. 1 staff took a break and got a beverage herself at same spot. No smiles, no caring here."
