"I attempted to be seen at the Fast Care clinic for a UTI. I arrived 2.5 hours before they close, and was told that NEITHER urgent care was accepting more patients for the rest of the day. I am now in too much pain to walk, and a UTI is not worthy of the ER, so I am stuck dealing with it. This isn’t the fault of the people at the clinic level, not at all. It’s all coming from the money-hungry people at the top. Terrible care from the place that has a monopoly around here because the people who run it are too worried about their pocketbooks to actually pay clinicians, nurses, and staff enough to keep their clinics staffed."

"Has went down hill since u of m has stepped in. Most who work there now are not helpful. As well as under educated based on the words employees say there. Meaning everything isn’t kitty corner. Go anywhere else and you’ll be better off. Lipstick on a pig is this hospital"

I would rather rip a bullet out of my body myself with a cheap tweezer from my sister’s nail kit than come here for anything of the sort. If you know you’re going to die, come here! This hospital is one gigantic morgue and will have no issues charging your family a fortune for a bed to die in."

"They waited for almost a week before giving my grandfather ANY kind of treatment for his cancer diagnosis. The night after they started treatment he passed and left us. Who knows how much longer he could’ve had if they treated him from the first moment he stepped into that place. This is no hospital. This is where people come to die."

"Their main priority is to shove as many pills down your throat as they can and send you on your way, just to accuse you of being a drug addict when you come back with more problems DUE to the “medication” you were prescribed. The Walk-in refuses to help those without insurance as well. There is a reason the patients here are called “Casualties of War” in other hospitals. This place is the epicenter of this towns Opioid crisis and is the main distribution system for said pharmaceuticals. Go to St Ignace or Petoskey your chances of getting REAL help are better there. Also, this place is one big massive HIPAA violation, they WILL try to sell your medical records if they get an opportunity!"
