"Ordered 2 chipotle ranch chicken burritos. The burritos are supposed to have lettuce, tomato and chips. Both of mine came with just 3 small cubes of chicken. Called to ask for a refund cause I live an hour away and I was already on my way home and they said theres nothing they could do about it unless I brought it in."

And there’s only been one time where we really had to wait awhile for our food (it looked like they had a really big door dash order though).
