"Just sat at the drive thru for over 20 mins waiting for service, no cars ahead of me, just me sitting at the window waiting to order. Got worried that they might be closed but the lobby (which is always closed now) had lights on and I could see someone in the back making pizzas with pizzas in the warmers. Tried knocking for a couple minutes but no one came to the door. I will be getting Dominos or other pizzas from now on. This is just sad."

"I know pizza is down to a a science, but I like the specialty type from this store, not the ready to go ones. But, even though I ask for well done, I don't think the employees here know how to do this. Still slightly doughy in the middle every time. Maybe this location needs a new oven?"

"Terrible service. Stuck in line over 40 minutes. Pizzas appear to be made to order at drive-thru which is only contact point. Apparently no longer having people park for pick up. Phone had been left off hook. Very unprofessional and very poor logistical planning."

"Spent good money on two pizzas and 22 L sodas for my family, which includes our three small children. Ordered ahead online specialty pizzas . ..Pizzas look like they were made yesterday. Not even a fully cut pizza, obviously was done in an aggressive way? No other way to explain it. Like it was just hacked at. And then the Cupertino pizza was completely Cold! Gross! Was supposed to be a pretzel crust on the other and had absolutely nothing on it. What was worse is when I called to talk about it and ask if there was a mistake or somehow like a trainer or something? And I got the manager Dylan himself on the phone and he was a total jerk! no customer service told me to basically go screw myself and that there was nothing he was going to do about any of this. What an utter and complete disgusting experience and disappointment. Don’t waste your money."

"Stopped at drive thru on a Friday night at 5:30 pm. No pizzas were ready and the young lady stated it would be 30 to 40 minutes. This is the norm for this store, no hot n ready on a Friday evening after work. I can understand if they are busy and sold out, however, 1) You should know your busy times and prepare accordingly 2) This occurs constantly throughout the week. No more! I will order from another pizza place and they will have it hot n ready for us."
