"I've brought my small dog there several times over the past few months with no issue. She has had great reactions to going there. Today was different, and we won't be back. We stopped in for a walk-in nail trimming and they told us they'd be able to do it. My dog is older and very well behaved when it comes to handling her for nail trimmings. They took her back there and we waited in the lobby. She yelped and our hearts sunk. Moments later the lady brought her back up and told us they'd have to charge us an extra $5 handling fee because she wiggled a lot. My dog doesn't wiggle unless she's uncomfortable. When we paid $26, we brought her to the car and inspected her nails. She bled out of 2 of her nails, and several others were very VERY close to bleeding. They didn't even tell us!! Our poor baby. Business lost! Go somewhere else if you care about your pets."

"My family dog has been groomed here since they have been open! They do an outstanding job and meet all needs that are asked. A couple weekends ago was his first weekend doing an overnight Friday-Sunday. The staff sent photos over the weekend of him and showed how much fun he was having and making sure we knew what a happy boy he was seeing as it was his first weekend away! I would highly suggest K-9 for any of your pet needs!"
