"My first experience with this pharmacy was great. They were able to help me obtain my meds. in a timely manner. Thank you!"
"Unreliable & Unprofessional Pharmacy. They often do partial fills or do not have your medicine in stock on the refill date. Charlie (the pharmacist) told me Meijer is more interested in cost cutting than stocking inventory for customers. My tecommendation is to void them"
"Update: Incompetent. They were supposed to send the scripts to Walmart Saturday but didn't. I called Walmart tuesday because the dang automated calls started again from Meijer and Walmart sent a second request. They only sent one and claimed there was only one but stated there were two to me when I called originally. I called Walmart again today when I saw only one ready with Walmart so Walmart called Meijer again and they sent the second one, except it was just the one they already sent by band name so I had to tell Walmart what the scripts were. Original: My Dr sent two scripts yesterday (friday) afternoon. I have received 10 calls from the automated system telling me to call them and when I did it really wasn't necessary. I went over what and why with the guy I spoke to which was an ok but unnecessary conversation and was under the impression it was all taken car of. I got yet another call from the system so I called back and spoke with a woman who told me it was just the guy adjusting info in the system. I posed the question "so everytime something changes, the system will call me?" She said yes and I stated that it has already called me many times which is kind of annoying and I chuckled attempting to add levity to a truly annoying situation. She was silent for a long moment then said ok, do you need anything else or something to that effect in a tone like IDGAF. Not a good way to start a relationship with a first time customer. I got the impression they didn't want to fill the script and or deal with the job today."
"5 stars- for having medication my regular pharmacy did not have for weeks. Pharmacist is always friendly. 1 star- for how the pharmacy staff spoke with me over the phone, no name and the tone of her voice was almost annoyed. I inquired why only half of prescription was filled when I realized I was missing half of it. I was questioned on the validity of taking the entirely different dosage of medication. "Are you supposed to take it?" I responded yes and in surprise and confusion, as it is a controlled substance and I need to call my physician monthly to have it filled. The staff said she was going to put me on hold to see if it was available when she returned she said it should be ready with in the hour. No other follow question regarding if I need the medication. This leads me to believe that the question in itself was inappropriate. The staff may have had a bad day or was off but I feel it is important to make a person feel the same or better when they are supporting the business you work at. My point is if my physician prescribed the medications then if there is a question of why I have them it should be addressed to the physician, not the consumer."
"There are better pharmacies for making sure you stay "med compliant". If you are on life-saving medication and don't want to worry about running out without warning, this is NOT the pharmacy to use. If you have an insurance issue, they will not call you, so call ahead! Always call ahead to check if your prescription is ready even if the app/text says it is if you don't want a wasted trip. This has happened enough times to make me think it's not exactly an accident. The wait times are very long, and they have never had my prescription ready when it was scheduled to be, even days after receiving it. The workers here are a joy to see though, very friendly, respectful... My orders have always been 100% accurate when I've gotten them... After this last snafu with my prescription though, I unfortunately feel like I am out of local options."
