"I will never shop this store again. I purchased 2 vapes to try because they were on sale. I was a first time vape user, buyer and customer to the store. One of the vapes I purchased I used and was happy with the product and purchase. The second device was a dud. I contacted the store to inquire about replacement. I was told I was out of luck, because they have a try before leaving the store policy that I was not aware of nor was I informed by the sales person of such policy at time of purchase. Why would sales staff just assume someone would know about this policy? I saw nothing posted anywhere indicating that policy. Live and learn. I gave my rating a single star because there wasn't a negative rating available."
