"So I'll just start out with the first time I went here.. Went in and got my dogs nails trimmed right away since they have a "no appointment needed" nail clippings.. Went great! The 2nd time I showed up, they said they don't have any groomers.. Uhh, you can't have a "no appointment needed nail clippings" if you don't ALWAYS have a groomer present... Makes no sense! So after I drove a half hour to the shop, just to turn around and go home.. The next time I called first and they told me the same thing.. No groomers here. TODAY I called and they said all the groomers are gone this week for some trip thing.. I will NEVER be coming back! Get your business straight, especially since its a business for our very loved pets!"
