"Evening of 2/19, early 2/20. I was really looking forward to a coney and fries. Payed with card and gave gratuity. Come to get food, and he says he didn't have any more hotdog buns. So aside from not knowing inventory before taking orders, I was dismayed about how it played out. Other cx's are about.. He hands me $4 in cash I didn't ask for. I was looking for solutions, and it really just didn't feel like he, was. So I was super disappointed, but took my coney-less fries and left. So, even with my 'refund' I payed 20% gratuity for an incomplete meal.. aka plain fries. They were ok, but I wanted FOOD. Really, really hope the cookings better than the customer service."
