"I tore a muscle in my back, was immobilized I could not move at all. Had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. I had a X-ray done and they never told me the results of it. They gave me an ibuprofen shot and a muscle relaxer. Then an hour later expected me to get up and walk out. Was told there are other patients that needed the room. Nobody else was there. Tried moving like off the bed I yelled because I was in show much pain. They looked at me like I was stupid. I had to get help up and into the car. The black doctor there thinks just because I have tattoos and in sober living they think I am a drug addict and was just there for drugs when I went there without health insurance. They knew I couldn’t move, prescribed me ibuprofen then kicked me out. Absolute joke of a hospital"
"A very very small group of individuals are competent and professional here. IT, scheduling, nurses don't respect your HIPPA rights and are smug about it. The place was making everyone exclaim their names, DOB, SS# and address in the waiting room for everyone to hear until someone put them in their place. It was a good mine for scammers. Nurses do it in the waiting room as well. Loudly talk about a patient's condition, diagnosis, prognosis, meds, treatment plan and think they're not violating HIPAA bc they don't use the exact name of the patient. It's not hard to wait and see who is released to the person the nurse told all this to in front of us all. Thankfully they got put in their place for that as well. Here's another blunder. After losing ALL the data of EVERY single customer MMC decided to inform us all, but only after 6 months had passed. This place is a joke. In the last 2 years I've seen it get sold twice to different private equity firms. The firms are just slashing, skimming and legally stealing the assets/value of this place. Think Mitt Romney and Bain capital. I might come back here if I had a life threatening injury and didn't have enough time to make it to a neighboring facility... Keyword might. They are deserving of 2 stars because unfortunately I've seen worse."
"The care here and at their dentist system next door are horrible. Went in for infection and the doctor gave me antibiotics and steroids to help in case I had an infection in my tooth or sinus. Also went to the dentist the next day for help with the infection. Both acted as if I was lying. Now it's been a month, I finished all my medications he gave me to basically pacify me, and here I am still with pain in my jaw and face... Not even the dentists help nor listen. Do not help patients but continue to charge our health insurance. Horrible medical staff!!!"
"Absolute worst experience of my life in a hospital, got moved to 3 different rooms, sat in a closet/ hallway for over 2 hours, the doctor had NO depth perception and couldn't see to do stitches, when they "cleaned" my wound they just dumped water all over me, soaked my pants and shirt. They cut an aluminum splint and made a sharp point on it and dug it into my hand, and did the absolute worst stitching I've ever seen, and sent me home STILL BLEEDING without as much as a Tylenol.. I'd love to post pictures if I could. I would have been better off going to the vet south of town.. don't expect much if you do make the mistake of going here"
"I called to schedule a covid-19 test per me employer's policy and they not only refused me, the patient, a test but then informed another patient that i was charted as argumentative and aggresive. I would love to know how i was agressive being that i work third shift and woke up to answer this call. To say these people are medical professionals would be an absolute joke."
