"I've taken my Janome to Kramer's twice now. The first time they repaired and returned my machine quicker that promised, and the second time fit a quick fix into their busy schedule, while making it clear I could end up at the back of the service line if my problem required anything labor-intensive. Erin was sweet and professional about managing expectations, and my last problem was solved in less than 15 minutes!"

"I wasn't impressed. I brought in a dyson vacuum on 4/10 was told it would be ready by 4/24 while I waited I was not contacted or updated at all. Even though when I called they kept claiming how they'd called me. But my call log shows no call from them. Then I called on the 24th and was told that they ordered a battery without telling me the price and it would be delivered on the 26th. I got a call back the next day and found out that the battery wouldn't be there until 8/15 at the earliest. When I came in to pick up the vacuum and told them my dissatisfaction with the service and communication, it was some how my fault. I was very disappointed in waiting 18 days when if I would have been told to begin with how long it would actually take I would have went to a different store."

"I was so glad to find this shop! We live about 50 miles north but we’ll worth the trip. They had the sewing machine feet I was looking for. Everyone, especially Tommy, was so friendly. They know what the word “customer service” means. Will be returning soon for machine service."

"Went to drop off my small/basic Brother sewing machine for repair/service. After explaining what I do sew (costume gowns, for fun), they promptly explained cost to fix vs upgrading to what I really needed. I'm now at home with the new Brother BQ950 and it's night and day. Incredible improvement! The purchase came with classes, which will go a long way to get out of the novice phase. With what they showed me at the store, I was able to get the new machine threaded and stitching without yet opening the manual. Everyone there was great to work with!"
