"This one is all about Mandie! The airlines lost my luggage on Friday night. Inside my luggage was a critical piece of equipment that I need. I stopped in by chance, just to spin the wheel to see if maybe they had one. I was greeted by a smile a the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Her name was Mandie. She was polite and understanding of my situation and helped me work through my missing item lost by the airlines. She made the difference in being able to continue on my trip and I was VERY appreciative of her help. We were able to continue on our Christmas vacation. I only hope she will see this and know how much I truly appreciate all her effort today. My wife even called her service “a Christmas miracle”."

"After my surgery I was in need of many different at home care supplies like a hospital bed, a wedge and many other small things like wipes and such well after reaching out and speaking with Mandie It felt like a thousand pounds of stress lifted off of my shoulders. "I walked into this store for the first time and was immediately and cheerfully greeted by a sweet gal named Mandy. She asked if I needed help and I told her I was looking for a lift recliner. She took me over and had me test several chairs, but I needed a certain color and a wide seat so my grandkids could sit with me. Then Susan came over and together they worked diligently to meet my needs. They even ordered one to come from the factory for me to try out I was so impressed with their patience and helpfulness.
