"I’m not sure where the breakdown in packaging occurred within the supply chain, but the cotton swab boxes were both opened and the contents spilled within the box. I could not find a way to contact CenterWell to report this problem and request a refund. Photos below."

"Absolutely the worst company ever. I won't go into detail being that they're were so many occasions in which they messed something up, and when contacting customer service to correct their error they assure you it was taken care of. I've come to learn they'll tell you anything appease you and nothing was done."

"Always "out of or backordered".they manage to deduct money from my acct, yet when I get my order 80%is missing. Today I got open cold medicine!!!! Plus was told I could only order 1 of a certain item but yet they deducted money for two????? Im switching next year(where did it day that by the way?) Ridiculous"

"Edit: After raising cane,they finally waved some of their faulty protocol and filled my order, so I added a star. However I suspect the delays and disrespect are still the default protocol.: Lousy communications. Agents typically have heavy accents that are hard to understand and often have microphones that are malfunctioning. Called in and asked if they had Ozempic in stock and how long it would take to get it. They told me they had it in stock, and could get it to me in three days in a cooler. I was told to contact my pharmacy to have the prescription transferred. I called my pharmacy and they said that CenterWell pharmacy would have to contact them to get the prescription transferred. I called back CenterWell, asked them to get the prescription from my pharmacy. Instead CenterWell made an inquiry to my physician to get a prescription, I was told that it would be seven days AFTER my physician responded. So, the story was much different than when I first called in. They kept passing the buck and extending the time that it would take to get the prescription and downgrading shipment and priority. Ozempic is highly temperature sensitive and frangible; seven days is not acceptable for a temperature sensitive frangible injectable. It should only be shipped express in a cooler. It sounds like they were going to ship it as a regular non-frangible shipment. So, I canceled my order. They seem unprofessional and don't seem to know what they are doing, and they have very lousy communications."
