"Benjamin is one great pharmacist. He remembers you by and helps as much as he can. One time there was a drug on back order and very difficult to get. He put the order in and a week later I was walking by the pharmacy area and he stopped me saying he was able to get the medication in and would hold it for us until we could get a prescription for it. It meant so much that he was actively looking for me to stop by again and caught me to share the good news that he was able to get the medication in after nearly a 6 month shortage in production."
