"If I could give this location and their staff stars that would put them in the negative, I would. I came in and ported 2 numbers from separate companies. We wanted to do the deal with the free phone. The associate working misunderstood what we had said and put the service on one of our old phones and gave us 1 phone. When the manager came in he proceeded to tell us there is nothing that can be fixed. In order to get the phone that is originally free, we would then have to pay $250 for a mistake they made. After the manager cussing us put he directed us to get out of the store and to call customer service. He refused to give us the phone number for his manager which is the district manager. Customer service did not help because when they tried to contact them and connect us the store wouldn't answer the phone. Will not be going back!!!"
