"Less about the store, more rating corporate with the store as, unfortunately, caught in it all: The store itself? Sure, 5/5, fine, HOWEVER... Oh sure the in-store folks are helpful and the store has an awesome selection and all, you still have to consider the idea of rating a business on their customer support and accessability. If there's no way to directly voice with an agent via phone, forget it. If I am told by an employee "contact me if you have any trouble with (specific problem)" and I lose the card, I better have a nice backup that can STILL involve calling. I was offered a calling option the first time around, and if I'm spending at LEAST 3-digit dollars in the store, it's perfectly reasonable to expect a persistent contingency to call in the event of a lost option. 2/5 because the extra star is for the text agent being prompt and fast *enough* on the reply... ...after having to DIG for their local number, and the robo-"customer blocker" told me to text to that local number."

"Best electronics store I've ever seen! Way better deals than best buy! Staff super helpful but not pushy! One gentleman even ordered something for me for my son for Christmas days before Christmas and emailed me when it came I offered to give a down-payment they wouldn't take it! I picked it up and they saved my Christmas! My new electronics store for sure! And they didn't treat me differently because I came in dirty straight from work hell I had to ask for help at best buy when coming from work I stood in front of a display for 18 min. 11 people walked by finally I asked if anyone actually worked at their store before I got help! Took my money elsewhere!"

"My dad and I visited, mainly just looking around, but we loved the store. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No matter what section of the store we were in, there was an incredible selection and a staff member nearby to help. I'll likely be returning for any big tech purchases, even with a long drive to get there"

"Love MicroCenter! Associates not always knowledgeable, but that's ok! I visit all locations, and this particular location has plenty of parking, and usually well stocked with products. You will find anything you need here, from robotics and electronics, building arcade machines, to the usual computer and cell phone accessories. Yes, they can help you build or fix your problems, but i recommend learning everything yourself! Keep in mind, they can become overwhelmingly busy during weekends, and Holidays, so plan your day accordingly! Many good restaurants near by to refuel, after a day of tech browsing, so make it a day you can enjoy! I'll give 5 stars, when MicroCenter brings back the physical flyers they always had displayed and also sent to your home mailbox! I like physical newspapers, as do many people!"

"Micro Center is great. The staff gets commission so they're always wanting to help. They're also really knowledgeable. They hire old school nerds that have been doing nerd things for a long, long time. They didn't have everything I needed, but they had stuff I didn't know I needed. Their filament selection is good. Prices on it are average. The store is packed with product for all your tech needs. Great place."
