"I would’ve give zero stars if I could. Not enough staff. Don’t use window for walk ups anymore. My meds aren’t usually ready when I’m told they will be. I usually have to wait 20 or more minutes until they are. Once I had to wait 45 minutes when they should’ve been ready 45 minutes ago. They don’t fill my pain medication from pain management even when they are due to be filled. I have to call in order for them to get filled. They wait days after my anxiety medication to be filled. And have to suffer thru withdrawals. My insulins got ordered on a Monday from my doctor. Finally got them 4 days later. So had to go 4 days without. It’s ridiculous. I advise you not to go there. I’m not going there anymore!!"

"Extremely rude service all the way around, Where do these people come from? Pathetically, awful pharmacy. DONT! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"I have been going there for years. Usually its been great service. I love the red head lady named joan and a gentleman named chad are very efficient..but as of lately i have gotten rude service from a pharmacist there. I think her name is Jane. Very rude! I will not be going there anymore!"

"3 visits same result every time. Rude, couldn't readily locate my meds, and pill bottles were near impossible to open with my arthritis. I will never go back there and as a result won"t shop at Krogers ."

"It is ridiculous how long you have to wait, usually 1 cashier & line moves very slow. I realize there is a staffing shortage, but, come on! Every single time I come here, it's like this! Their hours of opperation has been shortened, so if you work 8-5 or 6 you are $#$ out of luck! Time to transfer to Walgreens or walmart!"
