"This place Is amazing . I was in a bind,car less so I was needing a car quick. Working in the medical field without a car can get challenging !Anyway they was able to get me in a ride of my choice with just a little money down.I won't say exactly what I put down but it was less the 500 I put down wild right. A few times I have had trouble keeping up with payment s but these people have literally worked with me to help keep me in my car. These guys are the best guys around and that I have ever worked with. You need a ride see these people . Carrie, Laura those ladies are amazing along with a few other workers there I m so happy I chose them!!! I will forever be greatful!!!"

"I purchased a car on 9-20-2023 I drove it home and when I got there noticed a loud roaring noise in the front end, popping noise, and a site tick in the motor. The gentleman that sold me the car told me I could take it to any glockner near me to have it looked at. That was lie number 1.. so I called back and explained that the others wouldn’t look at the car cause it was a Kia ect. I was told we will fix the car at no cost to you and we will send someone to pick it up. Cool thank you. They finally come get the car on Tuesday 10-21 I called on Thursday to see if they had made any progress on the car and Jimmy tells me I’ll have to find out where it’s at I’m not sure where they took it to and I’ll call you back. Never got a call back. I called this morning 10-30-2023 and he still doesn’t know anything about my car or where it’s at ect. Now this same lot has sold me and my two sisters vehicles all in which are having issues. My job is on the line because of me having to walk to work. I work two jobs. I need a car. I was unable to get a rental car because they don’t offer anything like that. I will never send anyone else to this place again I’m contacting the BBB."

"Worst place to purchase a vehicle made 2 payments on my cars was told my balance was paid up in full get a call a few days later stating that I am behind and they won’t work with a customer worst experience never buy here again"

"Very rude and unprofessional. Horrible place to get a vehicle. They "bandaid" vehicles to make you think it's okay when clearly it's not. They lie and say they fix something when it's not. Wiring was rigged up lights didnt even work. Couldnt even get it legal for 2 months. When called they wouldnt even return phone call. But 1 day late and they are calling non stop. Horrible car lot. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL"

"Never would I recommend Glockners to anyone again. I paid over 17000.00 for a utility vehicle there and within 2 weeks I have changed the plugs because of a miss. Started last week I have to air the 2 front tires up every 3 or four days and so I called them and they say I swear on a stack of bibles that those are good tires and was always up while hear at out car lot excuses all the way around . I wouldn’t trust ever again and that’s my opinion wouldn’t even offer fixing the tires after 17000.00 . Never again. Worst place to shop if you ask me."
