"I wanted to schedule an oil change/fluid check/inspection before I was leaving for a cross-country move and also to do service recall. First I scheduled a visit for 5 days later online. They called me a day or two later to tell me that it let me schedule service with someone that doesn't work there any more and they wouldn't have an opening until well into the next week. Then when discussing the recall they said doing the oil change and recall service would push it out even further to the day before I was leaving. I've been relatively happy using them for service before so I decided it was worth it to push it out so I could get both done. Fast forward to Monday the next week, they give me a call to tell me that the recall service would have to be rescheduled because the technician who was going to do it had bereavement. That's fine, life happens. So I asked "what about the oil change, fluids, and inspection?" "They didn't note that on here". So I asked if they could still get me in any time that week to do those before my big trip and was just met with a flat "No". No options, no apology for just completely failing to write down most of my service order, nothing showing that valued me as a customer in any way. Now I'm stuck in the middle of everything else that I have to do before moving across the country trying to find somewhere else that can take me on short notice. I'm incredibly disappointed with how this has worked out but the silver lining is they can't screw me over again once I'm gone."
