"Newport, Ky Location Tried to enter store at 7:40pm and it was locked, but lights were on. I figured employee was in restroom or something. Ran thru restaurant drive thru next door and got food. Tried to enter store again at 7:58 pm and was told by the person working that they were closed. I pointed out that both the sign on the door and their website said they closed at 9pm. Person ignored me and wouldn’t unlock the doors. Will spend my money elsewhere since they obviously didn’t want it"
"Stopped by at 4:00 on Sunday 10/15 and the gate was up and the doors are locked. I understand if staffing is the issue, but throw a note up to your customers to let them know the true hours."

"Got here at 3:40. Open sign lit up - gates closed - sit outside til 4:09 employee comes out locks the door behind them - oh I'm going on break I'll be back at 4:30. Going to the ft wright location where I may actually be able to get some service. Do better."
