"After a recommendation from a friend on Facebook, I connected with Tyler at Verizon. This was a significant shift from being a long-time customer of another carrier (where my husband works!!). Despite my concerns about switching companies, adding a phone for my youngest son and the risk of losing data from our old phones, Tyler's remote service was reassuring and efficient. Tyler and Michael facilitated our upgrades to iPhone 15’s/created a new family plan for the 4 of us and obtained serious $$$ for our old phones. The most amazing part: all of this was done OVER THE PHONE- no waiting in lines at a store/waiting for customer service while on hold. When the phones arrived at the store, Michael met me near my home to meticulously transfer all data from our old phones, ensuring nothing was lost.
