"I’ve spend over $50000 dollars at this location in the last 3 years and I’ve officially decided I am done and will not shop here any longer, or with Lowe’s period. I purchased a microwave and when we opened the box there was a large dent on the top, when I tried to return it they refused because when installed you couldn’t see it and they offered no refund of any kind. As I’ve been slowly remodeling my entire house I want my new appliances to be in perfect shape. I’ve been cussed at by Bill in electrical who has never been helpful or nice. No actions were taken when I’ve mentioned this to management, they try to justify his actions. I bought the service plan for my washer when it broke after just two months and then they refused to fix it, said it would be 8 months before they could come out. Like who can go without a washer for 8 months? Ordered a dishwasher and they sent the wrong one, then tried to refused to take it back. After arguing with them, they eventually took it back. Just ordered an electric stove, had to hire a truck to come deliver it to my house because ours is down, open the box and it’s a gas one. After being bounced around to half a dozen people on the phone I finally got them to schedule to pick it up and they offered no incentives to make it right and try to keep my business after I told them I was done shopping there. Lowe’s promised to pick it up today and they didn’t call or care to inform us after my husband took a day off work to be home. Id rather drive to courthouse every weekend to buy my remodel products at Home Depot then to go to this sorry excuse of a store. I wish I could give a 0 star review."

"They were suppose to deliver washer and dryer today, when called they said they scheduled it for the 20th. So I asked to speak to a manager and the associate at customer service just keeps hanging up on me. Gonna follow up with corporate, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Update: I called that number and there was nothing they could do. Apparently the sales person was not honest with the delivery date, even though he knew we wouldn't have bought the set if we had known because we did not have a washer and dryer. So I guess the moral is the sales associate can say whatever they want to make a sale. The set wasn't even in the store to be delivered. Will definitely not be purchasing the rest of our appliances from there. The sales rep lied and the customer service associates think it's appropriate to hang up on customers, which was intentional also. Also this is my first negative review ever because it was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Update: the washer and dryer where delivered, no parts to stack them even though the salesperson knew that's exactly why we bought this set and delivery guys did not fix legs so it would sit right. Absolutely worst service ever. We will never buy an appliance from lowes again... Now we know why everyone said to go to Rick's."
