"Worst service ever...someone tried to do a sim swap.. was locked out of my phone... they hung up on me several times after waiting 35 minutes. They Still haven't helped resolved issue."

All cellphones must be carrier unlocked at purchasing by the FDIC and so they give me the transfer pin and all that jazz yet i go to a diff carrier and guess what!! Cells still blocked to carrier guess who's the carrier BOSST MOBILE! EVERY-TIME I CAL BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME THEY TELL ME THE SYSTEMS DOWN ALL THE TIME I ABSOLUTELY HATE HATE THIS COMPANY AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AS WE SPEAK !"
