"A friend experienced a loss recently I. The same week as her daughter was getting married. Our office sent flowers in her favorite color and had ordered a crystal cross to be included. The florist called first thing in the morning to tell me the cross was out of stock. She chatted with me for a bit and learned about the friend and said she would make us beautiful.
