"Joy was absolutely incredible! I would give her 100 stars if I could. All of our phone calls and meetings prior to our wedding day were great and she was so easy and so much fun to work with. She had great ideas and truly brought our unique vision to life. She really thought outside the box and exceeded our expectations of what our final wedding day would look like. I had all different color bridesmaid dresses and she matched the flowers perfectly - to the point that our guests asked if we picked the dresses based off the flower colors! Her and her team did an excellent job with my bridal bouquet, the boutonnieres, the arch florals were incredible, the centerpieces, and all of the extra little touches she added in. Joy was a huge reason why we loved our day so much and all of our guests complimented the flowers and how beautiful they were. I could not recommend Joy and Garden by the Gate enough!!!"

"Bear with me, because I literally can't stop saying enough good things about Joy and her team. Joy was INCREDIBLE! Our initial call was fabulous - she was so sweet and took great notes. We planned shortly thereafter to meet in person - something most vendors didn't even consider during COVID. (Don't worry, we followed all protocols). We arrived at the meeting, and Joy had already taken the time to create an entire proposal, complete with multiple pages and flower options, to go through. It was the PERFECT way to help narrow down what I was looking for, and her preparedness was beyond reassuring & welcome. With the year that followed, Joy continued to be responsive, engaged and so positive. She was there to reassure me, push me into asking for what I wanted, and even did a regroup call a few months before the wedding just to make sure my vision wasn't overshadowed by other family members. Our actual wedding day was a complete dream. The flowers were UNREAL, and beyond anything I could have imagined. Joy went above & beyond...my guests were talking about the flowers for the next 3 weeks! Joy was an absolute delight to work with, and I cannot thank her enough for the amazing evening that happened because of her."

"Joy is an amazing florist. She came impressively prepared with slides of options for our first consultation. Her ideas are so helpful, creative, and gorgeous. Due to the pandemic, we made a few changes to our wedding and Joy was right there to help. Our backyard wedding was beautiful and the flowers were absolutely stunning. As I write this review a week later, my house is still full of all the beautiful flowers that still look good and smell sweet. I highly recommend Garden by the Gate and would choose her again and again for any floral need."
