"I called this florist to make them aware that the roses in the flower arrangement I received were a little wilted on delivery and did not last more than a day or 2 after receiving. The person I spoke with was very apologetic and explained that their intent is the freshest flowers possible. The arrangement was beautiful and well done otherwise. He is sending me another arrangement today. He was very kind and eager to make things right. I did not expect such a stellar response. I will definitely use this florist if I need flowers for someone in the future. They stand behind their work! Addendum: They delivered a beautiful, fresh bouquet of flowers this afternoon.
