Also the maitence department is very honest on what you need when you take your sweeper in to be fixed. They are also very thorough when you have maitence done on it. They don't try to push a new sweeper on you because they don't want to fix the problem. I have a ricar sweeper and I just love it. I wouldn't have anything but a ricar"

"I am a groomer & my clipper vacuum died on me. I took it to Classic Vacuum & they did a free estimate & had an idea what was wrong with it but wouldn’t know until they took a good look at it. It turned out to be the motor which needed to be replaced. They put in a little better motor than it originally had & now it works great & is actually a little quieter which is nice. They gave me break on the service charge which was a nice surprise. It did take them a couple weeks to get the job done but only because they had a few jobs ahead of mine & then having to wait for the new motor to come in. Overall, I’m very pleased with the job & customer service."
