"It's not the dollar tree anymore. It has became more like family dollar. We already have plenty of dollar stores. It was definitely better when it was just the dollar tree. Now they are pretty much just like dollar general and family dollar"
"Clean store friendly staff everything is only $1.25 big selection also they're in the process of restocking the store many new items"
"It's not a dollar tree store. The name of the store is 1 dollar. Different prices each day alot of different types of stuff for low price. It's worth looking through the store if you're a bargain hunter."
"Nice variety of items to buy at a reasonable price. Would like to see a few more items in their coolers. Looking forward to see what they get in for the holidays."
"I was very disappointed that the manger did not have a teachable moment to her staff as I cashed out at the register today as they were both standing by her side. A missed opportunity as a manager! I had a Dollar Tree gift card that I received as a gift. It would not swipe and had to be done manually. I used this gift card at the Salem location and New Philadelphia location and the managers did it manually for me there. I was at the Dollar Tree today at this location (Wednesday) and the manager had me do the gift card manually instead of instructing her 2 ladies how to do it. She had me punch in the numbers on my own as a customer. I just felt that this was very unprofessional as a manager to have the customer do the card manually. I was frustrated as a customer! The cashier was very kind and the other staff member was kind also. The manager on duty was not rude to me, just very direct to me and just missed an opportunity to teach the 2 other ladies how to punch in a gift card manually. I just felt that I could have received better customer service by the manager as they are supposed to be role molels. I was disappointed"
