"I have a 2019 Kia optima S and I have had some issues with putting a headlight into my car and no one has attempted to help me as I can’t do it myself. And then a few days later, my battery was low and so I took it to O’Reilly’s for both things and I can’t say enough good things about the store. The associate, Matt, has helped me numerous times on my car by putting the new battery and the lights in and not giving me any issues. He was very friendly and helpful. So I am giving the store 100% satisfaction for helping me in my time of need. So if you need a good place to get things done, you should see Matt.! Thank you Matt, from O’Reilly’s! "Commercial customer here who spends a decent amount of money at the store. Stopped in while doing so last minute Christmas stuff with my family. Loved being told by the counter person leaning against the counter with his cellphone in his hand that they were just completely out of wiper blades I wanted for my finances car. Kid didn’t even ask me what I drive. I’m honestly sick of this place, it’s went horribly downhill over the years."

"Super informative the cashier that assisted me got online and searched for the LED headlights company where I bought my LED headlights to help me find out if they had a warranty or not she printed off the paper for me and explain my questions very well into the best of her knowledge, she was polite she was friendly I love going into that store because they’re welcoming and they’re the same price or cheaper than anywhere else with as good as we’re better than products from other companies"
