"I originally went to the mall only to stop at Zales for my routine jewelry inspection but happened to venture off to the other wings in the mall just out of curiosity. I seen Pandora had a Mothers Day promo for a free bracelet with $150+ purchase! I recently lost my own Pandora bracelet that my boyfriend has been slowly adding charms too so I figured the store promo would be a perfect time to work on replacing my bracelet and some charms! I was greeted but the sweetest, most attentive associate Sarah S (No. 220218) and she went above and beyond to listen to my needs, guide me through each tray of charms and help me find the exact ones i used to have! I didn’t want to be stubborn, timely or a bother but she assured me I was no hassle at all and made my experience MORE than satisfactory! I will definitely be back!!"

"My friend and I went in today to look for a charm which I check before we even go in. When we got there no one greets us or even bother to ask us do we need help until I step up to two girls standing there Madison and Jacqueline that’s when Madison ask if we need help with anything. When I explain to her what I was looking for they both said they don’t have it when they just glance down at the glass display and said they don’t have it didn’t bother to go look until I told them should I go somewhere else to buy it cause you don’t even want to look for it? I checked online showing you do have it in stock here that’s when Madison go look for it and she found it! pandora need to train their employees on customers services here .. those two make us feel uncomfortable like we don’t have money to buy their charms. So disgusting for working in a nice brand name store"

"Had a wonderful experience. My brother and I was so impressed with the girl. We both were buying for his wife. I'm so sorry I don't remember the girls name but she had long braids, was very knowledgeable about the jewelry, so nice, she wrapped our gifts, put it in 2 bags, tissue paper and tied it shut, so down to earth. I just can't say enough about her. I hope when we go back she waits on us again. Please give her a raise, she sure deserves it. She went over and beyond."
