"I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer set about a year ago from here, and I'm so beyond happy with my purchase! Went to just get a replacement dryer for a basic older set I had because mine died on me after 10 years but couldn't pass up the price for this set. For what I paid for the set including delivery was cheaper than had I purchased just one piece of this set from a large chain store. Still had the manufacturer warranty active and also this store offers one as well. I've had no issues with this set at all. Staff was very nice to work with, no pushing to buy something you don't want or need. Large selection of all types of household appliances and affordable. I'll be returning to upgrade my refrigerator soon. If you have any doubt in buying used, don't at least not from The Plug, they're trustworthy and and stand behind their products they sale 100%."

"I wish I could rave about The Plug but I’ve been really disappointed the longer I’ve had appliances from here. For context, my husband and I bought six appliances from here: a washer, dryer, two dishwashers, and two fridges. The washer, fridges, and one of the dishwashers have been fine, but the dryer and other dishwasher have both suffered from issues in the past few months, even though we only purchased them about seven months ago. Lest you think it’s just an issue of our tenants (as other reviews have had issues), both of these appliances are in our own home. Specifically, the dishwasher started leaking from the intake/outtake valve and seems to have been missing a rubber gasket to prevent this (we were able to fix ourselves), and the dryer has stopped heating; we replaced the heating coil to no avail. It’s disappointing to be looking at replacing one of these appliances after just one year, and be doing work to fix another. You may get lucky with an appliance that works and lasts, but the lack of reliability means I won’t be a customer going forward."

"Very great business! Affordable, friendly, and reliable! A company is only as good as their warranty and The Plug stands by theirs 100%. Buying a used appliance can be quite a risk but at The Plug everything has been thoroughly cleaned and restored, and I can say from personal experience that if there is an issue with your appliance not working properly they will repair it or refund you as their warranty states. Robert is very polite, honest, and personable. I highly recommend The Plug for appliance purchases!"

Robert is excellent, and the whole selection process is easy. Best part, is he had his WORLD CLASS technician Bill come out asap when we thought the dryer might have an issue. "I would have never found out about this place if it wasn't for Google. It's in a weird spot but it's a life saver! Especially now with inflation of new household products. They had some really nice used appliances for really decent prices. The sales associate was very helpful and nice too. They even give you a warranty, which most places don't do. I am very pleased with my washer machine. I definitely recommend coming here to see if you can get something if your in need of appliances. For me, it was worth it."
