"I have been going to Braidy jewelers for over 15 years, they do a wonderful job! They have made me 3 custom pieces and they are absolutely stunning! Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They are now making me a ring which Tony designed himself and a necklace and pendant made out of my mom’s wedding set. I always recommend them to friends and family. Can’t get service like this anywhere else."

"Honestly, I think it’s a shame to write this review. The only reason I am writing this review is because the matter in which the son of the owner treated me. I own the law firm across the street, and my family has done business at Braidy jewelers for years. I brought my wedding ring in on a Monday morning to have a small diamond replaced and asked if it could be ready by Thursday afternoon. One of their newer employees helped me and said he thought that would be done. I called Thursday morning at 10 AM and left a message that I was coming to pick up The ring later today and I wanted to make sure it was complete. I didn’t hear back from anyone so at 3 PM I called to ask if I could get my ring. The sun answered the phone and said it wasn’t put in the right spot so it would not be done today or if I wanted to stay until 7 PM I could possibly wait, and he may be able to have his father get it done. I said that I could not wait because I was going out of town but I’d like to have my wedding ring for our trip. I told the son on the phone but I’d like to come get my ring for the weekend and I would bring it back Monday morning if they could just have it done by Monday at the end of day. The son was incredibly rude to me and told me that he couldn’t prioritize my ring over anyone else’s. I obviously wasn’t asking for special treatment. I was even giving him a chance to make right the fact that his newer employee made a mistake I went in to pick up my ring and said I thought it was very unprofessional how he told me on the phone that “ I need to understand how business works”. I told him he’s incredibly rude and unprofessional, and he asked me for my receipt and kicked me out of the store. What a shame. If I was his father, I would make sure he learned how to talk to customers so they didn’t lose more of their business."

"We love Braidy Jewelers, 100% would recommend! Tony is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and kind. We were able to get our wedding rings quickly and he made sure my band fit just right with a slight resize. We will only go to Tony for any future jewelry needs and I recommend that everyone reading this does the same! We are lucky to have his business here in Stow.
