"I've recently acquired my grandparents sterling silver flatware set. All told, it's around 50oz of Sterling silver. I went here to see what they would offer, and was told that it wasn't worth very much and I should hold on to it. When pressed for a price that he would purchase it for, the person I spoke with stated that they were frequently sold in pawn shops for "cheap" and that he would pay "less than $200" for it. I thanked him, and went to another store and was offered $650 for the set. I can't think of a reasonable explanation for the vast difference in offer price, but keep this in mind when attempting to sell your items to this establishment."
