"Several years ago bought a diamond bracelet on advertised sale for $400...years later wanted to resell it at a reputable dealer and was told to take it home because they can only give me 15 for it...yes 15...a year goes by precious metals inflation all go up ..I go to another reputable dealer and he tells me the same thing...he says I will be honest take it home I can only give you 7 for it...yep 7....zales will never see me again ....every lesson costs something but that was a shocking blow to me....SHOCKING!!!!"

"We got our wedding set here and the people were so helpful. Kinda a hassle to have to bring your items in for warranty to stay in place but I understand. Based on the economy of the current administration the prices are on par. Watch for a a sale. Most staff are supper helpful and kinda become friends. Lots of turnover though."
